High-intensity exercise, or HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), was introduced by Japanese professor Dr. Izumi Tabata in the late 1990s and was used as the sub-core of TABATA sports in the physical training of Olympic competitors at the time. Tabata workouts can raise your metabolic rate, help you quickly reach your fitness goals, and improve your stamina. Tabata exercise is a basic form of exercise that is good for people who prefer to work out at home or in other comfortable locations and who want to burn fat and lose weight quickly. Depending on the person's ability, each exercise movement is done for 20 to 40 seconds, with a 10-second break in between to catch one's breath. The next exercise is to repeat each of the prescribed sets while listening to upbeat music, such as techno. The primary goal of this sport's sub-core at UNIMAS is to help students grow healthier and more active, as well as to prepare them mentally and physically for the next stage of their careers. This includes being ready for in-person interviews, which are particularly common in the public sector. The prerequisites for enrollment in these sports sub-cores are a serious commitment to raising one's level of both mental and physical fitness, (ESPECIALLY WORKOUT BODY POSTURE AND STAMINA). Students may view the most recent Tabata training routine on the fitness YouTuber from Singapore, Jordan Yeoh, OR on the YouTube channel and Instagram of Coach Kenny24 from South Africa.
