OVERVIEW

CSD’s Administration and Purchasing is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and assessing managerial and administrative matters. It also oversees finances and purchasing, supporting the implementation of activities under CSD’s purview.

The primary responsibility of the Administration and Purchasing is to ensure that human resources, office management, positions and services, finances, purchasing, records, inventories, staff training and development, staff welfare, office morale, and service standards are managed smoothly and consistently, with a focus on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
